The closest US town to us is Newport, VT. It is only about 30-40 minutes away. We have a PO Box there now, and we have gone to check mail and buy groceries every 2-3 weeks. There is also a boardwalk that goes partway around the lake.
This is from 2 Fridays ago. Stephen and I had class off, so we took Caleb with us to Newport. It was a beautiful fall day, and we had time for a walk before heading back to Canada.

I'm glad the move from Montana to Quebec didn't mean Caleb had to stop throwing rocks in bodies of water!
