Last pictures from camp

This is the bridge that the kids were standing on to blow bubbles. That is the last of the pictures from camp.
Since then we have been visiting lots of family, and I have tons of pictures. We have been without internet for awhile, but I will post what I can as I have time.

Blowing Bubbles on the Bridge

Homemade Paper

One of the morning activities for the kids at camp was making handmade paper. Caleb liked ripping the paper into small pieces, but after that lost interest. The other two enjoyed the whole process.

Ian showing one of the finished pieces.

Tuesday morning the kids were able to go for a pony ride as part of the "Kids Klub" program. I took tons of pictures, so you will see many more over the days to come.

Camp Nathaneal

We spent last week at Camp Nathaneal as the camp missionaries. There was a playground right outside our cabin, which was very convenient!

In other news, the boxes for the container are packed, labelled, and loaded in a u-haul trailer. Stephen and his dad are going to take them to North Carolina tomorrow. From there, they will be on their way to the Congo.

Moving

Here is what our car and trailer looked like when we arrived in Kentucky last Saturday.
We've downsized one trailer size from the time we went to Canada. We used a smaller trailer this time. You can't tell in the picture, but there is also much less stuff in the car than last summer.
We go rid of tons of stuff. I don't think you realize how much stuff you have until you move. And packing for storage/Africa made me very aware of each thing.
Now we are getting stuff ready for the container. I will be glad when it is over!

Isabelle's Graduation

Isabelle's graduation from kindergarten was June 22. The kids all had gold crowns with their names in glittery letters.

Here she is receiving her diploma. The teacher above is Caroline, her French teacher. The one on the edge of the picture below is Mrs. Guthrie, her English teacher.

They sang quite a few songs in French and English. In this picture Isabelle is pretending to be a frog in one of the songs.
